Terms of Service

These terms govern use of nabh.cloud accounts, API keys, hosted model access, wallet credits, subscriptions, and related support services.

Accounts And API Keys

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, enabling MFA where required, protecting API keys, and promptly rotating or revoking keys that may be exposed. API keys must not be shared publicly.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, attempts to bypass rate limits, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, or content that violates applicable laws.

Billing And Wallet Credits

Wallet credits are consumed according to published pricing and usage metering. Razorpay processes payments. Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes are handled through support@nabh.cloud and may require invoice, wallet, and payment audit review.

GST Invoices

GST invoices are generated from wallet recharge records and are retained as immutable financial records. Users should keep GSTIN and company details accurate before invoice generation.

Service Availability

Alpha services may change, pause, or degrade while the platform is being improved. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access to protect the service, users, payment systems, or infrastructure.
