Privacy Policy

nabh.cloud processes account, billing, API usage, and support data to provide hosted AI API services, billing, abuse prevention, and customer support.

Data We Process

We process profile details, email address, company name, GSTIN when provided, API key metadata, wallet balances, invoices, payment order references, request usage logs, security events, and support messages. Card numbers, CVV, and raw payment method details are handled by Razorpay and must not be stored by nabh.cloud.

Purpose And Legal Basis

We use this data to authenticate users, enforce rate limits, process wallet credits and subscriptions, generate GST invoices, detect abuse, investigate incidents, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Data Principal Rights

Users can export account data and request deletion from Settings. Requests for access, correction, grievance handling, or deletion assistance can be sent to privacy@nabh.cloud.

Retention

Account and API usage data is retained while the account is active. Financial records, invoices, security logs, and fraud investigation records may be retained as required for tax, compliance, dispute, and security obligations.

Subprocessors

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Razorpay for payments, OVHcloud for AI inference, Resend for email delivery, Vercel or Kubernetes infrastructure for hosting, and Grafana Cloud for monitoring.

Security

We use row-level security, server-side billing operations, API key hashing, payment webhook verification, admin MFA, secret scanning, and monitoring to protect user data. Security concerns can be reported to security@nabh.cloud.
